The Pierce Downer PTA is a partnership between parents and educators. We strive to enhance our student’s learning and enrich the lives of the students within the school. It is also a forum for parents to obtain knowledge and voice their opinions about what is happening in our school.
Step #1 – Join the PTA!
We encourage you to become an active member of our PTA! By joining, you’ll have
voting rights on decisions that affect our school. A SINGLE PTA membership costs $15 and gives you 1 login for our DirectorySpot app. A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP costs $20 and gives you access to the app for the entire family. DirectorySpot provides easy access on-the-go for phone numbers and emails of other Pierce Downer families! (Note, we will not be printing a paper directory.)
Step #2 – Annual Giving Campaign
Our Annual Giving Campaign is the primary way our PTA raises money for all of the items that we support at Pierce Downer throughout the year. We are resuming most normal PTA school activities and programs this year, and your support is greatly appreciated. Some examples of these programs include High Tech/High Touch, staff supplies, classroom subscriptions, DirectorySpot, Senior Scholarships, Accelerated Reader, and assemblies. Without 100% participation, other fundraisers will be used to fulfill our commitments.

Donations in any amount are welcome. Please donate what suits your family.
Pierce Downer PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Step #3 – Where to Sign Up
Once you log into our Givebacks store you will have options to donate the suggested Annual Giving amount per child or whatever suits your family as well as join our PTA.
