The PTA Secretary sets up the online school directory via Directory Spot which is only accessible to PTA members. Family memberships to the PTA are given access to as many logins as they would like for their family. Individual memberships are only given one access login. If parents want a paper copy of the directory, they can login to the website (not the app) and print out whatever they would like to access. This directory, provided by the PTA, is intended for the use of Pierce Downer students and their families, and is not to be used for mass communication, commercial purposes such as mailing lists, or solicitations, etc.
