PTA Volunteer Luncheon – The PTA traditionally sponsors a luncheon at our end of the year general meeting for ALL parents who have served in ANY volunteer capacity during the course of the year (volunteering includes anything from working Fun Lunch once to organizing a room for Artcot). The PTA can not provide the breadth of programs without the financial support and volunteer support from our community. Please join us at RBK at 12:30 on June 1st for our last general meeting of the year where we will be voting on year end budget spending, approving the PTA board slate for next year and other year end business. - West Suburban Humane Society – If no one signs up by 9pm tonight, the WSHS tour scheduled for tomorrow at 6:30pm will be canceled. For more information and to register click https://fs22.formsite.co

- Thank you to the families who braved stormy weather to tour and volunteer at Sharing Connections in Downers Grove last week. We packed over 25 buckets with cleaning supplies which will be provided to families in need. The informative tour thought students the basic concept of sharing items that are no longer needed because there is someone who can use your unwanted items. Neighbors helping neighbors by sharing.
Artcot- Artcot was a great success and the kids all had a blast while learning a bit about the world around us! Fun Run ReCap – Congratulations to all of the 2017 Fun Run runners. We had 314 total runners and 252 PD kids run the race. Thank you to all the runners who participated.
