2019-2020 PTA Volunteer Sign Up – The Pierce Downer PTA is beginning to plan our volunteer opportunities for the 2019-20 school year and will again be using Sign Up to help us organize our volunteer efforts. This information helps us form committees, especially those that need to be up & running in August (i.e.: New Family Welcome, Room Reps, Copy Helpers and Welcome Back Party). Summer Math Club Volunteers – District 58 PTA Council is asking for parent volunteers to help with summer math club. They are asking that each school signs a parent volunteer up for five time slots for the library turn in sessions. During these times, a volunteer will check in students, direct them to the high school graders, hand out prizes and occasionally help grade.
