The PD PTA hopes everyone is continuing to do well and is staying safe at home. We are following the State of Illinois and District 58’s newest guidelines that on-site school instruction has been cancelled for the remainder of the year. Given this news, we want to remind everyone that all PD PTA related activities are cancelled as well.

Lunch Supervisors – Want to help out your children and other students during lunch and recess at school next year? We are looking for full time or sub lunchroom supervisors for the 2020-21 school year. Please click here and complete the google doc to sign up!
Fun Lunch Refund – Now that school has officially been closed for the remainder of the year we wanted to address fun lunch. A credit has been posted to each of your family boonli accounts for the remaining lunches for the year (3/13 – 5/15). This credit will be applied to next year’s order. In the event that you have a 6th grader who will not be returning to PD, but they have a younger sibling still attending PD next year, your credit will be applied in the same way to your family boonli account. In the event that you have a 6th grader and no younger siblings will be attending PD next year, your family will be receiving a check for the balance. REMINDERS
6th Grade DVD – Attention all 6th grade families please click here to view the letter regarding the year end DVD. Pictures for PD School Yearbook – We would like to include pictures of your kids E Learning from home to the Pierce Downer 2019-2020 school yearbook. Please submit ONE photo of each student to the following google drive: Pierce Downer Yearbook Photos 2019/2020 – Google Drive
We hope to document this E Learning chapter of the school year in the 2019-2020 yearbook. In addition, please note that yearbooks will be slightly delayed this year, more information on that, and payment information coming soon.
