School Supply Kits – Volunteer Needed – The supply kits chairperson organizes the school supply orders and the PTA Board helped distribute the boxes to each classroom. We need to find a second person to help this year and become the chair in the future. This is an easy/low time commitment – but a very important position to our school – and it’s a great way to get involved with the PTA. If you need more info or are interested in the position, please contact Stephanie Vroman (stephanie@formsite.com). Would prefer someone that will be at PD for many years to continue this great service to our families. Thank you for your consideration!
Parent Education Night – The Downers Grove Area Council of PTAs will be sponsoring a Parent Education Night on March 6, 2018. Detective Rich Wistocki, 30 year veteran of the Naperville Police Department (Internet Crimes Unit) will be presenting on the issues of cyber-bullying, and internet safety as they relate to our students.
