January Dine Out this THURSDAY – Please join us for our monthly dine-out this Thursday, Jan 27th from 3p-8p at Gia Mia. Dine-in or take out and 20% of your check will go back to our school. See attached flyer for more information!

REMINDERS
 
Valentine’s Day Classroom Party Sign Up – There are still a few spots available to volunteer for the PD Valentine’s Day classroom parties to be held on Monday, February 14th between 10-11am.  More detailed information is included in each signup, so please review it carefully. Art Awareness – Have you been looking for a chance to visit your student’s classroom this year? Consider volunteering for an Art Awareness month by signing up on this Sign up Link!  There are many grades still needing volunteers – and all the hard work of lesson planning is already set up for you, there is even a supply cabinet at school.  Please find more information on Art Awareness by clicking HERE and a sample lesson can be found HERE. Thank you to all who could join us at the PTA General Board Meeting last week. We were able to approve the nominating committee for the 2022-23 PTA Board. Minutes to be included in next week’s newsletter.

Valentine’s Day Parties at PD – Please calendar this Thursday, January 20th at 9:00 am to sign up for classroom Valentine’s Day parties at PD.  If you already volunteered at the Halloween or Holiday parties (grade specific if you have more than one student at PD) this year, please let other volunteers sign up to help out.  More information will be included in Thursday’s signup link!

PTA General Meeting via Zoom TOMORROW – Our next PTA General Meeting is tomorrow Wednesday, January 19th at 7:00 pm via Zoom.  One of the items on the agenda will be electing the nominating committee for the PD PTA Board.  Zoom details to be emailed out tomorrow, so stay tuned!
