Welcome Back Party – Please join us on the school playground for a fun family event this Friday, August 26th from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Coach Josh will be providing the music, Skuddlebutts will be selling pizza and drinks and all kids will receive a sweet treat! There will also be a bounce house for the younger grades and an obstacle course for the older grades. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend.
Volunteer Sign Up – We are still in need of volunteers for the following positions: Chair- Artcot, Chair- Field Day, Committee members for All School Yearbook and PTA Webmaster. For more information, check out position descriptions on our SignUp website http://vols.pt/A2WV4n.
First PTA Meeting – The first PTA meeting and New Family Welcome is scheduled for Wednesday, August 31st, at 7:00pm in the school gym. Babysitting is provided.
School Supply Kits – As a reminder, if you ordered school supply kits from Carlson’s online back in May, they will be delivered directly to the school and will be waiting for the students in their classrooms on the first day of school. The teachers will direct the students in labeling their supplies using the pre-printed name labels provided by Carlson’s. Take note of the items that were NOT included in the kits (gym shoes, art smock, old sock, band/orchestra items, etc.) and send those with your student as needed on the first day.
