Service Learning – The PD PTA Service Learning Committee is partnering with Sharing Connections of Downers Grove to bring joy to children in need this holiday season.
- This 2-day event begins Monday, December 4th– Please sign up to donate stocking stuffer items by clicking here.
- Tuesday, December 5th– Attend the Stocking Stuffing Party after school in the PD gym. Please donate even if unable to attend the party. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Adopt-a-Family for the Holidays – Another great opportunity during the holiday season is to help fulfill a family’s holiday wish list within our very own dg58 community. Yorktown Bucks – Did you shop Black Friday? Were you a door buster? If you shopped at Yorktown, save your receipts! You can drop off your receipts at the guest services desk (below the eatery), drop your receipts off in a box the school office or you can drop your receipts off with Lora Dominow at 4925 Saratoga. You can place receipts in the mailbox anytime day or night! Receipts may be dropped off in bulk so feel free to save a few before you drop off! Any receipt can be returned if needed.
