Service Learning Committee’s (SLC) “Minute of Empathy” – This year, the Service Learning Committee is launching a monthly “Minute of Empathy” that ties into our Pierce Downer Value of Being Empathetic. Through these “minutes”, we are aiming to foster empathy and generate awareness for various causes and needs. The links we share will allow you to sit with your family at dinner, before bed, or while waiting for a carpool ride to show up, and take a minute (or several minutes!) to check out these resources together. Thank you to everyone who came out for our Evereve Fundraiser and who participated in the Mojo’s Fundraiser last week, because of you, we raised $812 (Evereve) and $261 (Mojo’s) for the PTA!!
