Parent Education & PTA Meeting – Our next PTA meeting is on Tuesday, October 25th at 7:00pm in the Gym. Immediately following the brief meeting, the PD PTA presents executive function skills specialist and coach Lisa Marsicano
Lisa was recently featured on WGN News (https://youtu.be/HLQvFF8pefI) to highlight the importance of executive functioning skills. Lisa will discuss what it takes to help your child be a better listener, be better organized and help them improve their studying skills. Lisa’s practical advice, combined with proven strategies, will help you empower your child to improve their own executive functioning skills. Do you want ideas for how to avoid asking your kids to empty their lunch box every day? Or do you want ideas to help your student be more organized? Executive functioning skills span situations at home to situations at school. Please consider joining us for this 1 hour presentation in the PD gym. Babysitting will be provided. Please visit efscoach.com for a more detailed biography of Mrs. Marsicano.
